Responsibilities
Contributing to the achievement of Service desk as the single point of contact. Remote and real time support, VPN/Remote assistance support provision of 1st level support assistance. Request management via request logging, telephone call logging on Service application monitoring tool Effective call management and assignment to second line
Position and Qualification Requirement
BSC computer science/Computer Engineering or any related discipline. 2-3 years support experience in organisation with similar user base. 2-3 Years service desk supervisory experience in organisation with similar user base. Requirement: ITIL Certification, MCSA, MCT, MOS Outlook
